This dish known as a traditional Gujarti or Kathiyawadi meal,beautifully presented on a steel thali.It contains Bajri no rotlo,Special Kadhi,Special Garlic Chutney,Churma with Buttermilk.This dish is Excellent fro winter,rich in fiber and good for digestion.Typically rotlo served hot with a dollop of ghee or white butter.A yogurt-based cury thickened with gram flour(besan).Flavored with spices and tempered with mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilies,and garnished with fresh coriander.Spicy chutney made from garlic,red chilies,oil, and Indian spices.Rich,fiery, and full of flavor–pairs perfectly with rotlo and buttermilk.A sweet dish made from coarsely ground wheat or millet flour,jaggery/sugar,ghee,and dry fruits.Often served during traditional meals to balance the spiciness.
